Cancellation & Modification
Change of Mind: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please submit a ticket via our contact form, providing your order number and the changes you want. We will confirm once the modification or cancellation is processed.
- Eligibility: Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders are locked for processing and cannot be altered.
- Personalized Orders: These are locked for processing immediately after completion, making adjustments difficult. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
- Holiday Season: Modification requests may take longer to process during busy periods, but we strive to make changes promptly.

Free Replacement or Refund
If your package hasn't moved for more than 3 weeks or is past the estimated arrival time, and there are no issues with the shipping address, you will receive a free replacement.
We take full responsibility for issues within 45 days of order arrival if the product(s):
- Are damaged, faulty, or not as described.
- Do not match your Order Confirmation email.
You can choose between a replacement or a refund. Fill in our support form to receive prompt assistance from our Customer Happiness team.
Replacement with a Small Fee
In certain cases, replacements can be sent with a small fee:
- If you received the wrong item/design/size due to incorrect customization input.
- If your shipping address was incorrect, resulting in return and destruction of the package.
We believe in making customers return, not products. Therefore, we do not have a return policy; you can keep the original items.
